How to determine the lock level of your SAMSUNG phone

We provide four types of unlocking codes for each SAMSUNG IMEI:

- MCK: 8 digit UNFREEZE Code

- NCK: 8 digit Network Code

- SCK: 8 digit Subset Code

- SPCK: 8 digit SP Code

We strongly recommend to be 100% sure which lock level is present on your handset. Most of the times the SAMSUNG phones are only NCK lock enabled therefore most if the time you should only need to use this code. However some networks activate many locks in the same time or they may have just an alternative lock level such as SCK or SPCK.

To identify what type of lock has your SAMSUNG phone enter the *#7465625# code into your handset while it is turned on and connected to its locked network  (E.g.: If your phone is locked to AT&T insert an AT&T SIM card into your handset, turn on and insert the code).

The phone will display a message similar to the following:
1. [xxx] Network lock
2. [xxx] Subset lock
3. [xxx] SP lock

(xxx = Value ON or OFF)

NOTE: Not all SAMSUNG phones support this functionality. For newest models like Galaxy Nexus, Galaxy Note or all types of Focus the lock is only Network Lock and you can skip this test.
